Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Activlink platform, websites and APIs (the "Service") operated by Activlink Pty Ltd. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Activlink provides a workforce platform for Australian NDIS and Aged Care providers, including scheduling, attendance, billing and compliance tooling. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a 14-day free trial.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at of any unauthorised use.
3. Fees and invoicing
Subscription fees are listed on our pricing page. We invoice manually after the free trial ends — there is no card on file. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice by EFT or BPAY. Plan changes are pro-rated against your next invoice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate Australian or international law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or other tenants' data.
- Resell, sublicense or whitelabel the Service without a written enterprise agreement.
- Upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights.
5. Your data
You retain all rights to data you upload to the Service. Activlink only uses your data to provide and improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may export your data in CSV at any time.
6. Availability
We target 99.9% uptime on Professional and Enterprise plans, backed by an SLA. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance via the status page.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by emailing . Your tenant is archived for 30 days following cancellation; data is permanently deleted on request or after 30 days, whichever first.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Activlink's total liability under these Terms is capped at the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The exclusive jurisdiction for disputes is the courts of NSW.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators at least 30 days before they take effect.
