Our story
It started with a coordinator at 11pm on a Sunday.
Reconciling a fortnightly roster across three spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group. Cross-checking PDF price guides. Manually emailing reassignment notices. We watched this — and asked, "why isn't there a tool built for this?"
Turns out: the global rostering tools weren't built for NDIS. The NDIS tools weren't built for Aged Care. Nothing was built for the messy, regulated, real-world realities of Australian care.
So we built it. From day one, with Australian providers in the room.
