Activlink develops workforce and care operations software for NDIS and aged care providers across Australia. NDIS workflows are available now, while aged care modules are currently in beta with select providers.
Australian care providers should not have to force local funding rules, workforce obligations and audit records into generic scheduling tools. Activlink is designed around the day-to-day coordination of disability support and aged care teams —from rosters and attendance to records, billing and accountability.

Our story
Why was this Australian care software company built?
Rosters, staff availability and service changes can end up spread across spreadsheets, messages and separate documents. That creates duplicated work, missing context and more time spent checking records.
Generic workforce tools do not always reflect the funding, documentation and operational requirements of NDIS and aged care services. Activlink was developed to connect those day-to-day workflows.
The platform continues to be developed from Sydney, informed by Australian care-sector feedback. NDIS functionality is live, while aged care modules remain in beta.
