Yes — a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to scheduling, attendance, the Staff PWA and reporting. After 14 days you pick a plan, or your data stays archived for 30 days while you decide.
Do I pay per shift or per staff member?
Neither — Activlink uses flat monthly pricing tied to plan tier and staff/client limits. No surprise per-shift charges.
Is my data hosted in Australia?
Yes. All data is hosted in AWS Sydney (ap-southeast-2). It never leaves the country, and daily backups are also AU-resident.
How long does onboarding take?
Most providers go from signup to first roster in under 30 minutes. Larger operations can opt-in to white-glove onboarding on Enterprise.
Can I import from my existing tool or spreadsheet?
Yes. CSV bulk import for staff, clients and shifts. Most spreadsheet templates map cleanly without restructuring.
What happens when NDIS pricing changes?
We push pricing arrangement updates to all providers automatically when the NDIS releases new price guides — no manual updates needed.
Do my support workers need to install an app?
No. The Staff PWA opens in any modern browser and can be "added to home screen" for an app-like feel. Native iOS & Android apps are coming next.
When will Aged Care (CHSP and HCP) be supported?
Aged Care modules — CHSP, HCP and Statement of Available Funds — are in beta with select providers, with general availability planned for Q3 2026.
