Activlink is Australian NDIS and aged care software that brings workforce scheduling, staff and client records, attendance, notes, billing and access controls into one platform. It is designed for care-provider operations rather than general project management. Features vary by plan, and current aged care module availability should be confirmed with Activlink.
Is Activlink designed for both NDIS and aged care providers?
Yes. Activlink is positioned for NDIS and aged care organisations. Core workforce tools support shared tasks such as rostering, attendance, staff access and record keeping. The current website describes some aged care modules as being in phased release, so Support at Home and CHSP providers should confirm which workflows are available before purchasing.
What can care providers manage with Activlink?
Providers can manage staff, clients, availability, recurring rosters, attendance, progress notes, incidents, documents and role permissions. NDIS billing and invoicing are listed for eligible plans. The platform also records changes through audit trails. Exact capabilities depend on the selected plan and the release status of each module.
Can Activlink replace our existing spreadsheets?
Activlink can replace spreadsheets used for many core staff, client, roster and attendance workflows. CSV imports are available for staff, clients and shifts. Before migrating, review data quality, required fields, permissions and record-retention obligations. Providers with complex historical data or multiple systems may require additional migration planning.
How do support workers and care workers access Activlink?
Workers access Activlink through an install-free Progressive Web App in a modern mobile browser. They can review shifts, clock in and out, enter progress notes and upload expenses. Offline information can synchronise when connectivity returns. Native iOS and Android applications should not be described as available until their release is confirmed.
Does Activlink guarantee NDIS or aged care compliance?
No. Activlink can support compliance workflows by organising records, incidents, permissions, documents and audit trails, but software cannot guarantee regulatory compliance or replace professional advice. Providers remain responsible for meeting the NDIS Practice Standards, strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, privacy requirements and other obligations applying to their services.
Do my support workers need to install an app?
No. The Staff PWA opens in any modern browser and can be "added to home screen" for an app-like feel. Native iOS & Android apps are coming next.
How much does Activlink cost, and is there a free trial?
The current advertised plans are Starter at $99 per month, Professional at $299 per month and Enterprise by quotation. Activlink advertises a 14-day trial without a credit card. Staff limits, client limits and feature inclusions apply, so providers should review the current Pricing page and confirm aged care availability before selecting a plan.
